The Zombino pizzeria was founded in 2006 in Casoria led by Salvatore De Dngelis and Antonio Pignardelli. Salvatore DeAngelis, known as Zombino, undertook the profession of pizza maker in 1980, when he was only 9 years old and was named Zombino because his uncle Mario, a well-known pizza maker at the time, was known as "'O Zombi" and consequently Salvatore was identified with the same nickname, but suited to his tender age. Thanks to his love and passion, which he nurtured and nurtured for this work, he has always distinguished himself by becoming the "custodian" of the oven corner at the age of thirteen.
